Job Summary
Your main responsibilities will be to provide support and resolve short‑term technical service issues for the CRJ aircraft series, including permanent or temporary repairs to ensure a rapid return to service for AOG aircraft.
Your contribution as a In Service Engineering Specialist - Hydro-Mechanical
- You will prepare and issue return‑to‑service documents in the form of engineering deliverables (REO, Instructions, SNIEO).
- You must respond to technical questions from FSRs (field service representatives) and operators.
- You will participate in operator conferences, periodic activity reports, and operator technical reviews.
- You may be asked to travel occasionally to support our MRT (Mobile Repair Team) or assist operators with repair incorporation and troubleshooting.
