Job Purpose
Drive revenue through phone, email, and screen‑sharing presentations to potential customers, building solutions for retailers looking to adopt Lightspeed.
Responsibilities
- Follow up and manage qualified leads by phone and email in a timely manner.
- Work within a team to grow the business.
- Lead one‑on‑one screen‑sharing presentations/demos.
- Collaborate with management on pricing negotiations.
- Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Coordinate appointments and scheduling with Sales Development Representatives.
- Guide prospects through a defined sales process.
- Track prospect progression to close in Salesforce.com.
- Perform additional duties as defined by management.
