- Determining and implementing new production technologies
- Managing factory layouts
- Providing all necessary production means, machinery, tools, raks, etc.; defining production balances and the best use of resources
- Working with R&D to define the best solutions for new products
- Managing production start‑ups, following training, testing, and start‑up
- Determining product processing cycles
- Planning, managing, and monitoring implementation projects, controlling time and costs
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Lean/TOC methodologies
- SAP knowledge
- Experience with sheet metal, painting, foaming, and assembly processes
- Advanced English proficiency
