Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for one important section inside TEF6, developing Standardized Work activities through time studies and MTM-1 analysis and balancing operator work on production lines.
- Create operator instructions, capacity tables, ergonomics analyses, layout development, routing creation, and control.
- Participate in validation and installation of new production lines or equipment according to internal Bosch procedures.
- Actively contribute to new projects to comply with Standardized Work requirements defined and maintained through time studies, MTM-1 analysis, PGL, Ergochecks, and other tools.
- Create and maintain operator instructions (PQIs), standardized work, line balancing charts, bottleneck matrices, etc., according to established formats.
- Develop time studies with specified frequency using CD‑, stopwatch or MTM-1 studies.
