Ruhrpumpen Brazil is looking for a Business Unit Manager who will lead our Industrial BU which produces and provides pump equipment under an “Assemble to order” model.
The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for the P&L, overseeing supply, factory, and analyst areas (documentation, manufacturing, stock replenishment orders, engineering, etc.), ensuring delivery compliance, profitability margins and customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities
- Lead the team, define objectives, manage performance and maintain team engagement.
- Ensure the supply chain, with a strong focus on stock control.
- Ensure on-time deliveries, according to the standards of the Industrial Pumps, mainly ISO 5199/2858 & ASME B73.1
