Infection Prevention & Control Lead – Temporary Part-Time (0.8 FTE) – NONU 2026-10

Arnprior Regional Health is a 140‑bed, multi‑site healthcare organization located less than 30 minutes northwest of Ottawa. The organization is seeking a Temporary Part‑Time Infection Prevention & Control (IPAC) Lead who will report to the Director of Care and oversee the IPAC Program at The Grove Long‑Term Care Home.

Responsibilities

• Work with the interdisciplinary team to implement the IPAC Program.
• Manage and oversee the IPAC Program.
• Manage and oversee IPAC Education.
• Audit IPAC practices and address areas of non‑compliance.
• Conduct regular surveillance and review daily/monthly results.
• Lead the IPAC team and hold quarterly meetings.
• Maintain the Hand Hygiene Program.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing or Registered Practical Nursing Diploma.
• Current membership and in good standing with the CNO.
