We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Technician to join our Vancouver studio. This role will support day-to-day technical operations within the studio, ensuring the reliable performance of employee workstations, software, and core IT systems. The IT Support Technician will serve as the primary point of contact for frontline technical support, helping staff troubleshoot issues efficiently so teams can stay focused on production and creative work.
Status: Full-Time Employee, Non-exempt (hourly)
Employment Term: Initial 1 year contract with possibility of extension
