Description of Activities
The Senior Wintel L2/3 Support Engineer will be responsible for providing administration and support for systems within the on-premises and Cloud environments; contributing to and adhering to established policies and procedures. Will also work with the IT Services Leadership Team and IT Operations Managers to provide technical recommendations for these environments.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Participate in corporate and asset infrastructure related projects as assigned
Proactively seek out infrastructure optimization opportunities
Support backup and recovery solutions for on-premises and cloud services
Coordinate and assist in developing system requirements
Operate as a Subject Matter Expert for managed services and technologies
Depoy, support and manage Citrix on-premises and cloud
