Flight Operations Engineer – A220
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain operational documentation for crew members (FCOM, AFM, FCTM, MMEL/CDL, QRH)
- Engage directly with customers to provide ongoing support
- Conduct technical studies on ATA systems and coordinate with engineering and support departments
- Define normal and abnormal procedures for flight crews in collaboration with stakeholders
- Prepare and submit support documentation for airworthiness authorities (EASA, FAA, TCCA) under the supervision of a CVE/DAD
- Study conditions for issuing MMEL or deviations and propose recommendations and alternative procedures to crews
- Apply Airbus aircraft configuration criteria to deliver tailored content for operators
- Support operators and coordinate with technical support teams
- Respond to operators’ technical questions related to flight operations
