Starting in August 2026, University Centre Farnborough is seeking lecturers to support post-graduate trainee teachers and their school-based mentors as they progress through their Initial Teacher Training year, leading to Qualified Teacher Status.

Ideally, candidates will be experienced and knowledgeable Secondary school teachers (11-16, Biology/English). We seek those who have had previous experience of mentoring trainee teachers, and who might have run Initial Teacher Training programmes in their own schools.
