Overview
- Learn the structure, working principle, control system, and common troubleshooting methods of injection molding machines;
- Participate in hands‑on training in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and remote/on‑site troubleshooting;
- Familiarize yourself with after‑sales service processes: customer repair response, service report writing, spare parts recommendation, and warranty procedures;
- Establish a communication mechanism with the Chinese technical team to lay the foundation for subsequent local services in Brazil.

- Provide on‑site installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting services for injection molding machines to customers;
- Quickly diagnose problems with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems, and complete repairs independently or with remote support;
