Compensation
The expected hourly hiring range is $22.20 to $27.75 based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions and internal equity.
Responsibilities
- Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
- Take ownership of client relationships and help grow the presence and profile in the local community.
- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention.
- Uncover clients’ business challenges, act as an advocate, identify needs and provide recommendations.
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles.
