Integrated Sales Manager, Retail & Lifestyle
The Head of Retail / Lifestyle Vertical is responsible for driving commercial success within a defined industry vertical or customer segment. Reporting to the Area Head of Sales, this role leads a team of sales professionals to deliver volume, revenue, and profit targets while expanding non-ocean logistics specifically in Contract Logistics, Ground Freight (FTL & LTL) and supply chain services. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to build a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Commercial Delivery
- Lead the sales team to achieve budgeted targets for ocean and logistics & services (L&S) volumes & revenue.
- Drive revenue growth and profit optimization across all product lines.
- Expand non-ocean logistics activities with emphasis on contract logistics, ground freight and supply chain offerings.
