As part of the Human Services – Housing Services team, you will connect applicants with resources and case manage those on centralized wait lists for housing subsidies. This role requires a combination of strong communication, organizational, and technological skills while addressing urgent client needs with compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess eligibility for housing applicants
• Manage Child Care subsidy referrals and prioritize applicants
• Respond to inquiries about centralized wait list status
