Role Overview
The Integration Change Management Specialist is an experienced team leader who translates enterprise-level change strategy into tangible, function-specific actions. Embedded in functional integration planning teams, the specialist assesses change impacts, supports leaders, enables teams, amplifies employee feedback, and drives integration readiness from the inside out.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead safety and environmental compliance, sponsoring safety rules and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a functional change plan that prioritizes interventions for the function’s employee population.
- Identify and mitigate multiple significant changes concurrent for the same population.
