The Integration Release Manager (IRM) role requires a hybrid skill set that blends integration, release management, and SDLC coordination with depth in networks and infrastructure to plan, execute, and govern complex network cutovers during integrations.
- Lead and orchestrate end-to-end integration releases, including network cutovers.
- Possess sufficient network/infrastructure knowledge to drive planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
- Communicate effectively and manage a diverse set of technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams during direct walkthroughs with the hiring manager to ensure clear visibility into scope and expectations.
