For our client in the area of Amsterdam, active in the online entertainment and advertising industries, we are looking for an interim Junior Payment Operations Specialist (m/f/x).
Tasks and responsibilities of the interim Junior Payment Operations Specialist
- Accountable for supporting the operation of the Payment Department throughout all payment flows, from the payment vendor to fraud prevention and chargebacks
- Accountable for supporting daily operations towards external parties and the implementation of new payment methods on our client's platforms
- Ensuring appropriate procedures are applied and updated when required to reflect regulatory and industry changes and process improvements
- Support your management team (Payment Manager Ops, Head of Payments), and Risk Lead
