Our client, a prominent leader in the mining industry, is seeking a seasoned Electrical Power Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in a comparable position. The company is expanding its team and requires your expertise. Your experience you bring will include: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Expertise designing, analyzing, and implementing electrical power systems for at least five years CAD software proficiency for electrical design Knowledge of power system analysis applications like ETAP, PSS/E, or SKM Knowledge of the NEC, IEEE, and IEC codes, standards, and laws that govern electrical power systems Your responsibilities will include: Create, develop, and test electrical power systems. Using CAD software, create schematics, diagrams, and layouts for electrical systems. Use software instruments like ETAP, PSS/E, or SKM to carry out power system analysis and modeling.
