You will be involved in preparing construction cost estimates at various stages while liaising with clients and project teams. The role welcomes PQS qualified candidates, and is also open to supportive Junior Quantity Surveyors pursuing their PQS qualifications.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare cost estimates from feasibility to pre-tender stages • Develop unit cost rates from fundamental calculations • Prepare and issue reports to clients supporting cost estimates • Liaise with clients and design teams for effective communication • Gather cost information from the supply chain to support estimates
