Job Description
- Assist in processing, coordination and distribution of agency benefits items.
- Track delivery and fulfillment status, follow up with vendors and business units.
- Ensure timely circulate reports and updates are share with business units.
- Process payments and claims related to agency programs, including AGA reimbursements.
Agency Events & Trips
- Provide operational and coordination support for agency events, campaigns and convention trips.
- Assist in logistics, list compilation and internal communication where necessary.
Generali Admin Support
- Maintain proper records and tracking logs for all agency benefits.
- Support payment requisitions for vendors and agents.
- Assist in other administrative duties and any ad-hoc tasks related to Agency Activation & Retention initiatives.
