Job Description

  • Assist in processing, coordination and distribution of agency benefits items.
  • Track delivery and fulfillment status, follow up with vendors and business units.
  • Ensure timely circulate reports and updates are share with business units.
  • Process payments and claims related to agency programs, including AGA reimbursements.

Agency Events & Trips

  • Provide operational and coordination support for agency events, campaigns and convention trips.
  • Assist in logistics, list compilation and internal communication where necessary.

Generali Admin Support

  • Maintain proper records and tracking logs for all agency benefits.
  • Support payment requisitions for vendors and agents.
  • Assist in other administrative duties and any ad-hoc tasks related to Agency Activation & Retention initiatives.
