Key Responsibilities:
Build financial models to project investment cash flows and returns, supporting senior team members in investment decision-making.Assist in preparing presentation materials for the Investment Committee.Support the due diligence process for prospective investments.Perform financial and economic analyses for internal review.Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive activity (acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing).Collaborate with the broader Brookfield real estate platform on new business initiatives and value creation opportunities.Provide support on additional tasks and projects as needed.Candidate Profile:
