Agency Sales organization is looking for a highly motivated intern that would like to learn from applying their knowledge acquired at University. This role requires creating and executing go-to-market activities and collaborating with regional Sales team.
Role and Responsibilities
Support the execution of customers and prospects communication of newsletters, product news, specific market news, training calendars, webinar/event calendarsCoordinate webinar logistics, including but not limited to: coordination of presenter(s) calendars, Rehearsal, Registration Lists, Event Creation, Invitation, Reminder, Thank you Note with Survey, Recordings. Enhance and adjust powerpoint presentations or other material needed for events being coordinated.Load pre-defined/created email templates in Sales ForceEmail distribution via PardotAd-hoc support for local events logistics, if needed
