**What you'll do**:
- Assist customers, field engineers, and distributors with basic technical support.
- Help ensure service quality and customer satisfaction by following Elekta’s procedures and guidelines.
- Support software systems used in oncology, including OIS and TPS.
- Participate in system upgrades and updates under supervision.
- Complete product training and stay informed on new software versions.
- Keep service records updated in CLM within 2 business days.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve low-complexity issues.
- Help plan and execute software updates (FCOs) when available.
