Position Overview
As an international freight Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the seamless execution of end-to-end operations for both air and ocean import and export shipments.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.
- Operational Oversight: Coordinate international ocean and air shipments, ensuring timely and accurate import/export processes.
- Liaise with carriers, customers, and customs brokers to arrange shipping schedules, documentation, and compliance.
- Full cycle order processing, ensuring that all loads are accurately received and entered in the TMS system.
- Ensures all required paperwork is accurately completed, electronically filed, and communicated to all necessary parties.
