Within our International Graduate Program, you will rotate regularly through various finance and controlling departments, gaining deep insights into the financial management of a globally operating automotive supplier. The program combines on-the-job training, structured mentoring, and project-based learning - equipping you with the skills, network, and confidence to grow into roles that match your strengths.

The International Graduate Program is based in Tondela, Portugal. After successful completion of the 18-month program, the role will remain based in Tondela, supporting global Finance & Controlling activities
