Deliverables
Deliverable 1 – Proposal and Concept Development
Contribute to the drafting and/or revision of at least 6 strategic engagements to be used by the PMU lead, technical team leads and WR for external engagement with WHO partners ( donor briefs, concept notes and/or funding proposals), to enable country office timely submission to internal and external entities, alignment with WHO standards, and consistency with WHO’s partners requirements. Due date: Throughout the consultancy period, as per agreed timelines with the supervisor and technical focal points.
Deliverable 2 – Donor Engagement and Reporting Support
Coordinate and document at least 6 donor meetings or consultations, preparing talking points, background notes, and follow-up summaries within five working days after each engagement.
Due date: Within five working days after each event.
