About the Role
As an International Recruiter at Hira Talent, you will:
Source, engage and interview German-speaking candidates across Europe
Manage the full recruitment cycle: first contact → interviews → placement
Build strong relationships with candidates relocating internationally
Work closely with international clients (mainly BPO & Tech)
