Your main responsibilities:

  • Interact with audit teams to obtain the necessary information for the external confirmation process;
  • Select third parties to confirm balances and transactions;
  • Carry out balance confirmation requests;
  • Analyze and document the responses obtained;
  • Contact clients to perform balance reconciliations and their subsequent analysis and documentation;
  • Validate information sources;
  • Handle mail;
  • Prepare the “Delivery Package” for the audit teams.
