Take charge of maintenance inventory at our organization as the Maintenance Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator. This role focuses on procurement, inventory tracking, and CMMS management with real impact.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will handle all inventory-related tasks, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency. Your expertise in procurement and inventory control will be vital. You will monitor stock levels, manage purchase orders, and ensure accurate data in the CMMS system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and reorder parts to maintain stock levels
• Process purchase requisitions promptly and accurately
• Coordinate deliveries and resolve supply delays
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits for accuracy
Requirements:
