Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and compliance
• Oversee truck and inventory processes to meet standards
• Manage planogram execution to maintain store layout
• Support shrink and safety programs effectively
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) during shifts
Requirements:
• Experience in retail merchandising and customer service
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes
