The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in process engineering, and strong data analysis skills.
The ideal candidate will lead strategic process improvements, design standardization projects, and ensure inventory accuracy across multiple Fulfillment Centers.
Fluent English and Spanish are essential, alongside Six Sigma certification and a Master's degree preferred.
