Overview
Copart, Inc. is a technology leader and the premier online vehicle auction platform. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. This role uses company tools to document vehicle condition, complete inventory, and photograph vehicles, and directs the flow of traffic in the receiving area to ensure timely processing. Through understanding of Copart policy, the Inventory Specialist will facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area
- Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles
- Determine operational capability of motor vehicles
- Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles
- Maintain inventory of all materials used
