Job Description
**This is a permanent hybrid role. This role would be very suitable for a candidate that has just finished their college course and is very strong on Excel.**
**What you will do:**
1. Inventory Control and Operational Management
• Regular monitoring of stock levels at Venlo and Moscow warehouses.
• Conducting reconciliations and inventory counts to maintain 100% data accuracy in 1C.
• Investigating discrepancies and initiating corrective actions.
• Tracking turnover, identifying slow- and non-moving stock and defining actions for liquidation.
• Monitoring expiration dates and blocking shipments of products nearing expiry.
2. Replenishment and Order Management
• Creating replenishment orders for the buffer warehouse from Venlo or directly from the manufacturer, considering applicable constraints.
• Tracking order status and resolving issues during transport and customs clearance.
• Coordinating with Customer Service and Logistics to identify altern...
