Investment Banking – EMEA FIG (Insurance) – Vice President – London
As a Vice President in the EMEA FIG Insurance coverage team, you will lead day‑to‑day execution on live transactions and play a key role in client coverage and origination. You will manage analysts and associates, partner closely with senior bankers, and collaborate with cross‑border colleagues and product teams (M&A, ECM, DCM, LevFin, Ratings/Credit) to deliver best‑in‑class advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the origination and execution of complex M&A and capital markets transactions for insurance clients (buyside, sellside, carveouts, take privates, portfolio/asset sales; where relevant, reinsurance and balance sheet optimization solutions)
- Oversee and review financial analysis, valuation and modelling (DCF, trading and transaction comps, merger models, LBOs, accretion/dilution) ensuring analytical rigor and accuracy; guide teams through large...
