As an Administrator in the ICS Account Opening Group, you will manage the acceptance and opening of new accounts while ensuring compliance with all policies. This role requires a strong working knowledge of the financial services industry and effective communication skills with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accept and open new account requests accurately
• Update desk operating procedures and resolve recurring issues
• Ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures
• Conduct second level reviews and escalate issues to management
• Provide training and support on accounts and processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience in financial services, especially custody
• Strong client service and issue resolution skills
