A marketing leading, mid-sized national consultancy are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor or Associate level to join their Industrial & Logistics team. The role within this highly regarded team will focus on providing investment and development advice to a range of clients. The team work with a range of clients including; REITS, Property Companies, HNWI’s, Developers, Institutional Funds and occupier/tenants. The team provides a full range of agency, development, investment and lease advisory advice to clients, with a focus in London and the South East of England.

ROLE

Assist and manage the sales process to include reporting, brochure design, pre-sale due diligence, attended inspections with prospective investors and negotiations.
