Investment Manager | Private Equity
We're working with a leading Private Equity firm looking to strengthen its investment team with a Investment Manager.
This role is highly analytical and will play a critical part in evaluating investment opportunities and supporting deal execution end-to-end.
What you'll do:
- Build and own detailed financial models
- Lead valuation workstreams and investment underwriting
- Analyse capital structures, financing options, and deal structuring
- Support execution of transactions, including due diligence and negotiations
- Work closely with advisors (IB, legal, consultants) throughout deal processes
- Prepare IC materials with clear investment rationale and risk assessment
- Conduct downside scenarios, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing
- Support portfolio monitoring with performance tracking and re-forecasting
