OurCrowd is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Investor Services Specialist to join our global Business Operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in client services , finance , or investments who are excited to support accredited investors accessing exclusive venture capital and alternative investment opportunities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, excellent judgment, and a high sense of urgency to ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses.
You will be a key touchpoint in the investor journey, working closely with investors, Account Managers, and the Compliance team to manage documentation, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless and positive experience at every stage of the investment lifecycle.
