Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands‑on Maintenance Lead who will play a key role in strengthening our production performance, developing technical capabilities, and ensuring stable, loss‑free operations. This role sits within the Production department but works in close partnership with the Maintenance team to drive world‑class equipment reliability.

Mechanical Expertise — Apply strong mechanical knowledge (bearings, mechanical fundamentals, machine components) to diagnose issues, support troubleshooting, and guide teams in resolving equipment failures effectively.
Production‑Driven Analysis — Analyze production and breakdown data in short cycles (24h horizon) to identify losses, prioritize actions, and ensure continuity of production.
