The IS&T Workplace Operations Specialist reports to the IS&T Unit Director and operates within a global luxury Group, contributing to the delivery and evolution of the Digital Workplace services across multiple regions and business units.
The role ensures a premium, seamless end-user experience aligned with Maison and Group IS&T standards and governance. It requires strong coordination with central IS&T teams domains, regional IT functions, and corporate stakeholders to guarantee consistent service quality across the organization.
This position is key in supporting high-end corporate users, boutiques and executive environments.
