Job Description
Responsibilities:
Deliver live and virtual training sessions, product demos, and Q&A office hours to accelerate user confidence and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other digital tools;Create and update clear, user-friendly training materials (guides, videos, FAQs, presentations);Manage and engage large user communities on Teams, sharing updates and answering user questions;Onboard, support and energize Copilot Champions and Power Ambassadors, ensuring they have the right resources, messaging, and updates;Organize and host regular community calls, workshops, and special events;Maintain and update SharePoint pages and other communication channels related to adoption and enablement;Track adoption and engagement metrics to improve training and support;Collaborate with IT teams and business partners to ensure smooth rollouts and address users' needs.
