Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops and PCs
- Provide remote IT support for the Dublin office
- Collaborate with vendors for Microsoft 365 technical support
- Maintain IT asset inventory and manage cybersecurity practices
- Support AV setups for meetings and conferences
