IT Business Analyst (EPM/BI) — Freelance via Shakers | Lisbon (Hybrid)
We're looking for an IT Business Analyst with strong EPM/BI experience to join a large-scale digital transformation program at a leading retail company in Portugal.
You'll sit at the intersection of Finance, IT, and Business — leading requirements gathering, coordinating project delivery, and supporting UAT cycles on enterprise EPM/BI platforms (OneStream, SAP BPC, Anaplan) or BI tools (Looker, Power BI).
What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate EPM/BI projects: scope, timelines, deliverables.
- Lead business requirements gathering with Finance and IT stakeholders.
- Support UAT cycles: documentation, test execution, issue tracking.
- Collaborate with international consultants (working language: English).
- Contribute to dashboards and financial/operational reporting.
