PrecisionERP/IT is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract at our downtown Toronto client. The role will be hybrid with three days in the office.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of stakeholder management and reporting in IT; wide performance KPIs.
- At least 7 years identifying drivers to costs in IT operations and their corresponding savings levers.
- Hands‑on experience developing and implementing use cases in tools like Asana and JIRA.
- Excellent MS Office toolset knowledge.
- Experience with support resource utilization tracking and management.
- CPA or Finance background preferred.
- CAPEX, OPEX expenditures knowledge.
