What You’ll Do


You’ll bridge the gap between clients seeking top IT talent and our nearshore teams across [regions]. You’ll own the full business lifecycle from opportunity identification through successful project delivery.


Your core focus:

  • Build and grow strategic client partnerships in the nearshore IT outsourcing space

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (developers, engineers, architects, QA specialists) across nearshore locations
