Full TimeThe IT Crisis & Resilience Manager is responsible for safeguarding the resilience and continuity of the Global IT organization and its critical operations. The role owns the development, governance, and continuous enhancement of IT operational resilience, ensuring that critical IT functions remain available and effective during and after disruptive IT events.
The primary focus is on situation monitoring and assessment, resilience governance, maturity management, as well as training, awareness, and change initiatives - directly strengthening decision‑making quality and leadership confidence before and during crisis situations.
