Job Description
The Computer Operations Specialist is responsible for working on the lifecycle of large and complex projects, and collaborating with the user in order to achieve success, through a track record of professionalism and excellence in all aspects of the experience.
General Responsibilities
- Performs routine tasks, that are commonly associated with operating a computer in accordance with detailed instructions
- Bringing on-site desktop support to business for help with PC Hardware/software needs
- Maintains systems documentation for testing and validation
- Performs post-implementation support, identifying root cause with strategic solutions to problems
- Works with vendors to analyze and troubleshoot solutions
- Identify new solutions and services for the desktop support team that align with business objectives
- Trains fellow desktop administrators in organizational processes
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) ...
