You will serve as the main contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. The position requires 2+ years of experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and endpoint protection tools like Intune. This role emphasizes ITIL processes and is pivotal in providing efficient onboarding support and resolving user issues effectively.
