Make a difference at First National as an IT Helpdesk Specialist, dedicated to resolving a variety of hardware and software requests efficiently. This role involves supporting both on-site and remote employees through excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Reporting to the IT Supervisor, you will focus on providing timely helpdesk assistance while managing technical documentation for various applications. In this role, you'll support devices such as computers, printers, and mobile systems, and be involved in account setup for new hires. Engage with different teams to implement progressive technology solutions that enhance service.
