Role: IT Logistics Specialist
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 2-3 months+
Work Schedule : 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location : 100% Onsite in San Juan, Puerto Rico

Role Overview
This role supports end users by combining hands-on logistics. The position works across multiple teams and plays a key role in recent operational changes, ensuring equipment and technology are delivered, managed, and supported efficiently for remote end users.

Key Responsibilities

Support the End User Support group , collaborating across multiple internal teams.

Manage the logistics lifecycle of IT equipment , including laptops and peripherals.

Prepare equipment for deployment: packing, boxing, labeling, and shipping devices to end users' homes.

Coordinate with FedEx and other carriers for scheduled pickups and shipments....
